They ran out of water, so I drank with energy drink. Although I still liked the foods since they were okay. But, the hash brown was salty and greasy to eat. Still, they were fine for me.

This is my favorite McDonald's. It's always clean, their food is always so hot it burns my mouth, their fries & chicken nuggets always feel like they just came out of the fryer. Plus the staff is so nice & friendly. I know there were 2 separate occasions where I was a little short with money & that just covered it out of their own pocket for me. They are very friendly & actually care about their customers.  Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids plus the kids meals always have a toy &amp; the staff is very kind to children. When I go in by myself they always ask about my little girl.  Parking: They also have handicap parking spots out front &amp; parking spots for people just picking up.

Do the Kiosk orders really help and make things quicker? I only ordered drinks....nothing to be cooked and yet I watched everyone that came after me come and go over and over again. Finally went to desk and said I'm just waiting on a drink....she's  like oh and gives me my half melted frozen drink to me that had been sitting at the drive through window. Ugggg

It's a McDonald's I'm going to give it a five-star because of that but if you're looking to get a review on some kind of fine cuisine you must be crazy. The owners of this McDonald's and the Yakima ones are fantastic owners and fantastic community-minded people. But seriously why are you looking at reviews for a McDonald's?

My food was cold. Not cool. Cold. I don't like to complain so I just threw them away. It's been bothering me because the last 5 or 6 times I've been there I've thrown food or drink in the garbage. I keep giving the place a chance because I used to love the fries, but....Food: 2/5

Too much mayonnaise and ketchup in the quarter ponder deluxe.  The tables were dirty.  No paper towels in bathroom and the hand drier blew out cold air.  We did not enjoy this Macdonald.   The staff were so friendly and did a great job.Food: 3/5

Fairly quick drive thru.  Employees are friendly.  The carbonation on the diet coke was perfect.  The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they were a bit stingy on the ice cream cone.

Been going here for well over 8 years now and i can say with confidence that 2 out of every 5 times i go they mess something up on my order. If it ain't a burger made wrong happens very often i get a bacons mcdouble with no bacon or they simply don't put something in my order and i have to ask for the missing item while i park in the lot to check my food. Mediocre service at best and the managerial staff also lacks lots of skills on how they treat employees. Extremely embarrassing

I feel like no one on the clock cared that we were there. I waited for 4 minutes at the counter after a manager had made eye contact with me. He finished his conversation about "lazy day shift workers" while ignoring us entirely. We usually get decent service from "the lazy day shift employees"Food: 4/5

I'm a senior citizen and I went inside and I decided to try to use the kiosk. Everybody behind the counter had their backs turned to me and they weren't looking at me, so I tried to order and I got all done and I looked at the screen and there was nothing there that said okay or anything like that to finish the order, so there was a button to push to ask for help so I pushed that button one person turned around and looked at me and then looked away and went about his business and so I left. I was pretty hungry so I went through the drive-thru and I didn't say anything to the people working I was polite to them they were polite to me but I was disappointed that the technology is flawed and the people behind the counter can choose to ignore the flashing light that says the customer needs help to finish his order.
