This store is the worst ever! They never have anything in stock. They are always out of mango dragon fruit, strawberry açaí, the drive thru line is always super long. It’s ridiculous. If they know that our locals are always requesting mango dragon fruit, then why not order enough to always have enough. Y’all need to get it together!

I love how fast they get my drinks out and always get my order right. Definitely going back to this Starbucks. Even the drive thru is super fast.

Bad customer service. 4 employees yet I had to wait over ten minutes for a cheese Danish! Not one of these employees dared to apologize for the wait nor the way each and one of them spoke to me. They responded with attitude.

I don’t even care that my drink was made wrong. I am just very disappointed and disheartened to see that the restroom was denied to a young mother with her small child. They did have a functioning restroom, I asked. I don’t know if it was because she was not a customer or if they made assumptions about the small family that was in this Starbucks, but this should have been an exception to any rule they have in place.

I got a drink made off the secret menu. The golden girls /Betty white Frappuccino.  If you get it be sure to add caramel drizzleFood: 4/5

This is one of the worse Starbucks I've ever been to. I made a mobile order get there and still have to wait outside through the drive-thru another 40 minutes. HELLO CORPORATE CAN YOU HAVE THE MANAGER STATE ON THE APP NO MOBILE ORDERS AFTER WHATEVER TIME YOU CLOSE FOR PICK UP INSIDE THE CAFE!!! THIS A WASTE OF TIME AND DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF MOBILE ORDERS !!!!!! You don't deserve not one star but had to click on one to post

I ordered a pick up order, but was told to wait in the drive-thru line, which as usual is busy. the employees were so indifferent. I avoid this specific store because they are always out of stock of many items and because they miss items in my order. If I was an employee I would have given the customer the drink bc the app allowed me to order it this way

I went to this Starbucks one night and they were only taking cash, which is very odd.  I don't carry cash, and I'm sure I was not the only one that left without being able to purchase some coffee.  I'm sure Starbucks, lost money by running a store which is "cash only"...
