I just drove through this location and they were unable to process my payment.  The person at the window kept saying his machine "didn't like" my card and it wouldn't go through.  I did not have cash or another card and they refused to take a check.  There is nothing wrong with my card - used it down the street to get the breakfast sandwich that this location was unable to provide.  They "charitably" gave me the drink I'd ordered since they had already made it.  Never again.

I worked at Starbucks for over three years and spent at least a year of that training new baristas. My partner came home after working in the cafe for a few hours and told me that they wouldn't honor the refill policy. The policy is that you can get a refill of hot or iced coffees and teas as long as it is in the same visit and you don't leave the store. I'm so disappointed that they made my husband feel stupid, and he didn't want to cause a problem so he bought another drink. Come on y'all.

Love the drinks at this place. Wouldn’t be surprised if this chain got huge.

Nice courteous staff!  Great location in the intersection of NW Expressway & Independence next to Seven Eleven. Our drink was really good. Highly recommend this place.

I will no longer use this location, repeatedly messed up orders, they aren’t large orders, 1 -2 drink orders every time, comes out wrong so i try to have it fixed and it’s still the wrong drink and the wrong size and it barely warm. It ridiculous, making coffee isn’t that hard and when somebody asks to have their order corrected instead of getting it corrected all you get is attitude. Starbucks is going down hill in terms of quality and service and this is the absolute worst location in Oklahoma City.

Fantastic coffee and menu, the place to go if you want gourmet coffee. Always very busy but they work hard to get you order done quickly.

The inside of this store is filthy. The floor has trash all over it. Looks like it has not been cleaned in a week! I would be afraid to see what the area where the food and drinks are prepared looks like.

Always out of product. Just waited 20 minutes in the drive through only to be told when I get to the window they’re out of what I ordered. Worst Starbucks in OKC.

Missing so many items. Had no lunch sandwiches at all. Hopefully they get stocked up soon!  Vegetarian options: I normally get the grilled cheese and banana bread.

I love this location. They are open late, until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends, are very sweet and extremely accommodating. Yes you will pay a little bit more for your coffee at Starbucks. Yes it is nice if you tip. You get what you pay for here. If I want something different with my drink, anything from the temperature to the ingredients, they are generally more than happy to help you out. They are enthusiastic about educating you after the various drinks and food items and seemed genuinely happy to be at work most of the time. It is my pleasure to support a business like this. This location is a little bit busier than most as they are across the street from hospital and on a major expressway. Plan accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. If you do have an issue, please bring it up to them. I’m sure they’d be happy to help.
