Nice place, tired Mocha Frappuccino it’s good.

very unfriendly staff, closing very early for international airport/train station, we got kicked off and weren’t able to wait for our train. No vegetarian snacks are available.

the worst starbucks I‘ve ever been and I‘ve been to a lot. Employees do not have any clue about coffee. They are extremly rude and do not understand a single word wether german or english and the coffe is so disgusting. They made me the wrong coffee and after they finally understood which coffee I wanted, they gave me a really really disgusting one. I wanted my money back and at the end they gave me 6€ instead of 6,50€ back…if I was able to give 0 stars I would have done that.

Love the location for a quick coffee after a long flight before hopping on a connecting train. Drinks are sub-par. My cappuccino was scorching hot and tasted of condensed milk.

Doesnt even taste like coffee. They dont even know how to make Frapuccino. A big let down !

Long lineups pretty much very time I walk by, regular too long to even get something when I try to catch a train. It’s surprising that they are unable to have enough staff at a location with such high volume. And watch out: you can’t pay with the Starbucks app because apparently this is a franchise location.

A good Starbucks with acceptable WiFi and good seating. I frequent it and have not experienced it being really dirty. But everyone should keep in mind that it is located at and airport and it can always happen that some coffee spilled was spilled etc. you can just ask the cashier to either give you some moist towels or clean it.

You have to take care about the people you put in charge of your business.

Very nice ambience, but coffee... I do not know what they do here, but this dark drink ain't coffee.
