Asked for chix nuggets for my 11 year old daughter and they said no without asking the manager or even trying to help me since all she eats is chix nuggets on the only day I have her. She tells me at 11am the lady at the counter.Manager seating in the dining room does not even acknowledged me or try to help me. 1 star They too comfortable upper management slacking big time.

This place always gives out the order late, their one drive thru lane screen is broken, and they always forget the sauces we ask. Even if we paid for bbq and buffalo sauce. We never got the amount we ordered. Few months back I ordered a spicy buttermilk chicken, the size of the chicken in the sandwich was of a chicken nugget. The quantity of large fries is never large.

The supervisors on duty are so kind! The food was tasty and fresh as well as my sweet tea! The drive is longer for me but I’ll definitely be returning since they care about the service they’re providing. I came here after a long shift during rush hour and was pleasantly impressed!Food: 5/5

LISTEN i have gone to this McDonald’s since I was 6 years old I could tell you everything and anything you need to know about this place. Some people there have attitude I’ve ordered fries and chicken nuggets 1,000 times and they never give me sauce unless I ask for it I’ve gotten an ice coffee 1000 times and I’ve had to throw it away sometimes bc they didn’t make it right and I would be in a hurry if I have time I’ll tell them that the iced coffee has no flavor at all. multiple times I’ve had different workers tell me it “looks good to me”, like if I would be wasting my time to get a good drink.  Without a doubt this is a great McDonald’s with tons of great workers. But it could be better I might be a client but I definitely have put a lot of money in a restaurant that needs work.

It was after 11 p.m. So only drive through allowed.  Therefore not in an easy position to physically check the order as people were behind.  Discovered at home that two filet-o-fish were absent from the order and yes, paid for. This is despite the second window checking the order twice. Not worth the trip back.Food: 4/5

Drive through guy Luis mess up me and my mom's breakfast order witch had use paying extra at the second window ruining are day going back and forth with use we ordered two home style breakfast that came  with no pancakes then told use next time ask for them I've never order a home style breakfast and had to ask for the pancakes and only got one home style breakfast bad vibes

Great food , hot off the grill, friendly services. They ask you if sause included, no charge. Not much wait time. Lunch time is a little more.  Kid-friendliness: Happy meals for kiddos

This as many locations continue to degrade in  service. Let's forget the fact that this is fast food. But when will anyone of these places get the order right?  Beyond unfriendly and courteous..steer clear of this location as it will spoil your appetite. Only good in you trying to start fasting. Doesn't fail every time I come to this location I end up not eating, due to their consistent failure to deliver the correct order. BTW definitely not worth the price or hassle

I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake and they gave me a strawberry banana smoothie because the ice cream machine wasn't operationalFood: 3/5

No ketchup for the fries and  no sauces for the chicken nuggets even after verbally requesting it. Fries were old.  Fish sandwich was good though.Food: 3/5
