This place isn’t perfect but I had to give it 5 stars for the amazing staff. It’s a very busy location so sometimes it could be a little quieter or cleaner, and they definitely set the AC too cold, but I still come here because the staff are just so kind.  There are several people who come here on a regular basis to kill time and may not buy anything allowed under Starbucks policy btw and the staff seems to know them all by name and remember thoughtful details about them. After I had come back a few times, an employee made it a point to introduce himself and get my name.  I just think it is so refreshing to see some kindness and true hospitality in this world.

This is a great Starbucks to visit while in West Palm Beach for a number of reasons...  1. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF 2. LOCATION 3. SPEEDY SERVICE 4. QUITE AND NOT TOO BUSY 5.  Did I mention the SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF?

Love this place , and the staff is always so friendly ,especially this morning when I pre ordered my coffee and someone else took off with it they were very helpful with getting me a new coffee right away

Ordered a drink online and when I walked in 5 minutes later my drink was ready but it wasn’t taste as good as when I normally have it. I advised the person who was in the register on 10/30 at around 6:53- 7ish she didn’t even acknowledge my issue she just had a face moved on to do something else. I moved to the back and she told Zidney I hope I’m spelling her name correctly but with the time and date I’m sure y’all know who I’m talking about. Zidney was the total opposite from that other person her customer service skill was as it should! The questions making sure I walk out of there happy was her priority. She was great! Zindney should teach that other girl some customer service skill because she really didn’t have any. Thank you Zidney for loving your job!

The worst costumer service. It is my second time at this location and always it’s like that. They left my coffee on the table without saying to me that was ready.

The manager and the barista are really friendly, we enjoyed our coffees here.

Outdoor seating VERY unappealing. So many vagrants hang at front. Not very clean either.

My favorite place to go if I can give them a million stars I would service and staff!

For its location is one of the best Starbucks the staff get you in and out

Nice staff, quiet. Would be a good place to study or read. Also there is a short story dispenser.
