On my way to a meeting 3/20 at 11am and notice this location was close by. I placed an order online and proceeded here. I told the barista that I had just placed the order and in a rude tone she told me yes it came through a few seconds ago and I should’ve waited five minutes however, I could not wait because I was already en route after noticing this one was close by. I don’t mind the wait because I knew it wasn’t ready obviously but I mind the attitude! I will never come back to this location. Grab a speedway coffee next time

Long wait for drive thru and I ordered a medicine ball tea that didn’t have the full flavor too watered down.
This is literally one of the worst Starbucks! Show up at 630a 11/15 store is dark appearing to be closed pull to the drive thru and immediately I’m met with nasty attitude. I ordered a blonde roast which I just ordered yesterday at the same time I frequent this company for YEARS blonde roast dark roast and pike are typically brewed for early am the employee snaps back “We don’t brew blonde!”. Wow so since yesterday you no longer brew blonde? Literally everyday it’s something new with this place depending on who’s working things just aren’t available. This has happened multiple time at this location. From now on I’ll just take the extra 10mins to go to the one in Mayfield/Lyndhurst.

For such a nice place, it was probably my least favorite coffee experience. I would have done better at a place that serves this brand in a lobby from a cart. I ordered a dark roast coffee black. "We don't make that this early in the morning. We only serve Pike." No alternative? No upsell? Nothing. Sorry to bother you. The decision was easy. I said no thank you, and drove through an empty drive-through to the gas station down the street. If you feel you need a coffee bad enough just East of this place, there are two locations that will meet or exceed your expectations hands down.
My drink was very good and it was only a hundred and eighty calories and it have caramel which I love. It had outdoor seating with umbrellas to keep you out of the sun. Parking: Is plenty of space for parking.
Say what you want about Sbux but I really do love treating myself to it on occasion, and having this here is great. Edit: It’s weird how angry employees can get here over things you did wrong. Apparently there is a correct way to order and a correct order in which to do things at the window. I am told that it says it in the app what to do. This is technically true, but it is hidden on a page not used in the checkout process. Further all it says is “Tell your barista when you want to use stars…” and does not tell you that the employees will get nasty with you if they haphazardly scan your payment before you can utter a syllable of any sort of question. However, you won’t be able to get even into the realm of a full sentence of star usage before their rushed scanning somehow creates a system issue that won’t allow them to function in any sense, semblance or fashion of the idea of an even neutral response. Look, I don’t even ask for basic politeness. I just ask not to be harassed when buying coffee about a protocol that I could only know about if I was told. Sure, now I know so I guess I was told eventually. It just seems like it could have been done without being such a jerk about it. There is something strange about the east vs west side, in that I am never berated when buying coffee, and I dunno… that seems to be indicative of a larger issue in this area.
First Starbucks I have left feeling in an awful mood. Some loser derides me while I give my order in a Kermit voice. Says “can you not yell” and “yeah you’re not funny”. I continued my order in a normal voice at the same volume level so there was no yelling and I didn’t ask for you opinion on my humor, it wasn’t for you it was for me. Every other Starbucks I have ever been to have been cheerful and always asked fun questions after an order and this one stomps out joy. I’ll just go back to the one in Mayfield, nicer area and nicer people.
