Why is it that every time I come to this Starbucks my drink is made different, this morning I ordered my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso picked it up and just by the looks of it I could tell it wasn’t made right. It tasted horrible, absolutely NO flavor whatsoever. Why is it so hard to be consistent here at this location? If I want nasty coffee I will go to DD, but when I’m paying $7 a coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. Congratulations Starbucks on Randell and 38, you have officially lost my business!
I always use my mobile app to order but this morning your app wasn't working so I ordered at the window. I ordered a vanilla creme and egg bites. As I was about to pull up I noticed the screen showed a steamed milk. When I got to the window I asked the associate if she charged me for a vanilla creme and not a steamed milk. She smiled and shook her head but was too busy taking an order to give me the time of day. I ended up with a steamed milk, which i would NEVER order. I spend way to much of my hard earned money here, by choice, all I ask is you get my order right and focus on me when it's my turn in line.
Hot zamn! Nothing beats a comfy cozy good ol fashioned campfire boiled bean beverage! This lil establishment definitely got a drive thu cuz i take my meijers supplied zoomer scooter in through the line all the time! That sweet sweet bean brew gets this ol feller hastier than a jack rabbit on meth and i've seen a fair share in my day! Gets me goin faster than a roman pusio Whoo mama!
What a spectacular location! Crazy-good customer service, they usually have a chock-full menu available to you, and they always ask if you have a Starbucks card. Nowadays, good customer service is pretty hard to come by, so when I experience it, I give it credit.
I visited this store Sunday afternoon. The drink was great but the service was horrible! When I ordered my latte I forgot to mention that it should be decaf. When I realized it, the barista was already half way mixing it. Even though I apologized, the barista who took my order was clearly bothered. I could see it in her face. I was treated me as if I was a child. Three times she told me that next time I needed to mention it ahead of time. She told me once and then again as she was charging me, and a third time when i was sliding my card. I finally had to tell her that I heard her the first time. The barista who mixed my beverage didn't seem to happy either. I could hear it in her tone of voice as she abruptly slid my drink on the counter and said, " there you go". I said thank you and she turned away without a response. I have never been to a starbucks and been treated this way! It's not like they were busy. They had no customers ahead or behind me. Had there been other customers there I would have felt completely humiliated and I would have lost my patience.
Pulled up to the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me. 15 min later and I’m still waiting, which would have been totally fine but I noticed the customer in front of me seemed to know the staff and was talking for a while. Here’s the thing, she wasn’t wearing a mask and my order was a food item that comes in an open bag. Super inconsiderate of the staff and this guest I think she worked there as well to 1 keep a customer waiting for your personal convo pick up the phone and give ur friend a call if u need to talk so badly and where is your mask? Your talking and probably spiting all over the orders that the drive through employee is preparing. Super disappointing. Please don’t go to this location, hold your staff to a higher standard and show respect to the community by encouraging people to wear their masks, the pandemic isn’t over. Major yikes.

Love this place awesome costumer service and they always good.
I love that whatever your dietary restrictions, they are happy to make you something hot and delicious. Venti Chai Latte with coconut milk for me. Yes, $5 a drink is pricey. But for the occasional special treat, SB is just the thing.
