They got all three drinks a little wrong but they still taste great. They didn't know how to make it the way we wanted but they are still amazing and good. I love Starbucks still and always will thank you for the workers who tried making our drinks

I went to pick up an order online, it took me a long time, a drink was made wrong for me and the lady at the window had a very despotic attitude and ignored me when I spoke to her, that's why I yelled at her to answer me. This has never happened to me but I will definitely not return. Horrible service with that lady.

It's already awkward as it is to ask for a correction on your drink... Much worse when the staff comes back with "Did you ask for light ice when you ordered it?" That feels about as bad as it does to pay 6+ dollars for a special "treat myself" drink that ends up being mostly ice. When I asked if it would be possible to have a little less ice my trenta drink was filled w ice so it was touching both the bottom of the cup and the lid, the entire cup was ice the barista didn't take my drink to correct it..... I thought their whole justification for charging this much for our "special coffee" was because they'll make sure you're happy with your purchase. This employee mumbled something like "we want to make you happy" and proceeded to tell me to ask for light ice next time instead of taking my drink from my extended hand and fixing it. Awkward and weird, thanks. Plus my strawberry refresher had no strawberries in it, and the barista didn't ask "with lemonade or water" when I ordered it.

The fraps are great as usual. The staff are friendly. However, they feel the need to pronounce their political views within the store and in their signage. I would go to a newsstand to get political views I go to Starbucks to get coffee and chat with friends. It is just not needed and really detracts from the purpose of going.

Been going here since they opened, staff are great, coffee is Starbucks and they make sure you are pleased with their service, drinks are consistent in taste and looks, great job, thank you.

Amazing customer service at this location, definitely worth going out of your way for!  This location is conveniently located next to MOD Pizza, so get a frappuccino & a pizza and sit out on the spacious patio.

This Starbucks facility is closed for good after 26 years. Leaves a big void in downtown Saint Charles too

Let me start this review by saying I love Starbucks coffee. However, do not like this specific Starbucks. I see I am not the only reviewer with this sentiment either. The staff here is very unfriendly. If possible, go to a different Starbucks for your morning coffee.

This is my go-to Starbucks team. Absolutely impeccable and such a great group of employees
