Excellent customer service! I came through drive thru on 10/8 with a large order and a few complicated drinks within an hour of closing, and let me just say that I was beyond impressed with the service. Troy and Gaff weren’t only patient, but they were fast and efficient. No mistakes, no confusion, and they were super nice. You guys deserve raises!! You guys went above and beyond customer service, thank you so much!!!
This is the worse Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Since moving to this side of town a couple years ago I do everything possible to avoid this location, but there aren’t many other locations on this area. Like others have commented, they take forever. Drive thru or walk-in. It’s always 20-30 minutes minimum and the order is almost always wrong. They have a “don’t care” attitude and zero sense of urgency. Today my sick wife asked me to get her a medicine ball tea, and they basically refused to make it. They told me that they were out. I asked “of the tea packed? Or lemonade?” They responded “well we only have mint packets and lemonade but 80% of the other ingredients are out.” But the tea consists of mint and peach packet, lemonade, water and honey. I asked if they could just make it with mint and steamed lemonade and they seemed annoyed and just responded. “No, we can’t, we are out.” This is absurd. They are literally driving customers away. Management has to know this is a problem. This store needs serious restructuring.
The guys and girls are so friendly in this Starbucks and are amazing at remembering everyone’s names! Drinks are always on point and they have wonderful ideas when I don’t know what to order! Recently I thought I had dropped some cash on the floor so I went back to Latrice the manager and asked if anyone had handed money in! People are very honest in the woodlands anyhows she misheard me and asked me “How much cash do you need!” As she reached in her pocket! I was laughing and amazed at her kind hearted gesture. I found the money later on at home! Wonderful Starbucks with the best staff!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered a very simple cortado which is 2 shots of espresso and 2 oz milk. Very simple right? You would think! These airheads took the order at the order line then when we got to the window the person there was very impolite and just bad attitude altogether. Then he hands us the 1st order and was dismissing us like we don’t have another order. I said I ordered a cortado and he proceeds to shoot me this gaze and said “what’s that?” I said that it’s a 2 shots of espresso and 2 oz milk. So he stares at me I guess trying to process this in his head. Then turns to the other 3 people behind him to discuss this. They were discussing so long I just had to interrupt these boys and I told them I don’t want anything else from them. Ugh I just don’t understand how they are so incompetent to fulfill such order but will fulfill everyone’s complicated orders. So yeah, $8 something dollars for a grande caramel ribbon crunch. Very sad day! Will NEVER return even though I live close by.
So I went into Starbucks for an Uber Eats delivery. After waiting in excess of 50 minutes the order was still not ready and the customer was livid, as was I. The staff ignored myself and the other 4 delivery drivers in the establishment. They were extremely rude and dismissive of all uber/Doordash delivery drivers. This one young lady with short black hair with blonde hilights basically told me to go @$#% myself with the way she looked at me and said something inappropriate under her breath. The older, grey haired lady was also very rude and dismissive. If this establishment and it's employees have no desire or fulfill the prepaid UberEats and Doordash deliveries at all, then please turn off the order receiving tablets for the day or opt out of the service. This location has cost me $30 in orders and another $20 in gas and mileage. Go to the starbucks across from the WalMart between woodlands parkway and 2978
Waited in line for 25 minutes and my nitro cold brew had more cream in in than actual coffee and was only 3/4 full
Takes too long to get an order completed. Sat there without my meal item, only coffe in hand, until cashier realized the reason I was not advancing, and game me the meal he had nearby for a while. Too many customers too little help.Food: 5/5
I went to Starbucks this morning just to get a holiday drink, I ordered a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was in the festive favorite section so I thought it included the red cup and I get up to the window and they didn’t give me a red cup. they proceed to tell me that a hot chocolate is not a festive drink when it was in the festive section and I have never seen a hot chocolate when it is summer. if they are going to give out free cups for holiday drinks and hot chocolate is not included maybe they should take it out of the festive section because they scammed me. it was also decorate it in a holiday cup it is very miss leading
The past 6 times I’ve ordered from here my drink has been wrong and I’ve paid extra for something I didn’t get. This drink comes with the holiday sprinkles which are not on it and I paid .60 for Carmel drizzle which is nowhere to be found. Not the first time this has happened.
You do NOT want to go inside to get your coffee if you are in a hurry. At least 30 cars have gone in drive thru verses 1 person getting their coffee inside. Will never come inside again no matter how long the drive thru line looks.
