Awful service.  The male teenagers are busy talking to each other,  not paying attention,  rude and forget most of the order. Make sure everything is in the bag before driving off.  I ordered a chicken mcnugget happy meal,  they forgot the nuggets and the sauce.  I told them what was missing, the guy put them in a container, not sealed,  and they fell out into the bag.  I had to scoop them up and fix the order. My mcdouble was put together really badly,  and they forgot to include my drinks. This place has gone down hill and the workers lack customer service and have an attitude of not wanting to be there.

I ordered here from the drive through, which, the ordering took ten minutes because the person running the drive through couldn't comprehend my order. I go to pay, and the price is clearly wrong and I check again if my order is correct. The woman told me yes and refused to give me a receipt with my change. When I got my food, I checked it out to make sure it was correct and it wasn't. The manager at the second window argued with me and was rude the whole time. Making it all out to be my fault. When I went in to get my refund she was consistently rude to me and kept blaming me for the mess up. 10/10 DON'T recommend this location.

It's a McDonald's so I expect fast and cheap food but their tea is consistently over brewed, their fries are often cold and sometimes unsalted, while the put the custom tags on the burgers but don't add the extras you requested. Needs a lot of work to improve.Food: 3/5

The is is a typical McDonald's food wise. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you can fly thru the drive thru in a jiffy. But other times being two lanes can sit thru several cars in the other lane like they forget they even have 2 lanes. That's frustrating, I get the same thing every morning and if the girl who works mornings is there and hears my order she already knows what I want and tells me to  pull up. That's the good things. But I only give 4 star reviews cause there is always room for improvement. But over all not a bad restaurant Sincerely, typical customer

I have nothing to share except the fact that on a good day the services adequate on a bad day the service in the Drive-Thru is totally inadequate the people do not even have a smile. If you don't like your job don't work there. If you do like your job let it showFood: 4/5

service was really bad not gonna lie. uh so let me talk about the ketchup dispenser.... the ketchup was mis colored and like had a very bad taste to it and had more of a jelly like movement to it like it would jiggle. so the service. we didnt get our hasbrowns had to go up to counter and ask for them. im guessing one of the managers where having a bad day or something was getting on the the workers constantly about wrapping things wrong and just being loud.

Waited in the drive thru almost 30 min. Then the lady at the window asked me if I had a mobile order. I told her no. Then it took her another 5 minutes and then she took my money. I checked the slip and my order wasnt even input when I ordered at the menu. She did it right there at the window. I'm assuming it's new staff being trained, if not, you gotta step it up man.

Not one really to complain but this visit was horrendous. My son nearly puked his nuggets up because the trying oil hasn't been changed in days or weeks. They even brought fresh ones but they came out as dark as me. And the aftertaste was awful. My son was so excited to come here and and now the expression on his face would break any parents heart. This location has quality issues since I've been coming here. The Mexican manager lady doesn't need to be yelling at her employees either. Probably could use new management here.

Don't order a mobile order for pickup. Wanted to make a quick run to grab some food before the kids got out of school and ended up waiting for almost 15 minutes before I finally resorted to walking in and grabbing it myself. After all the waiting, they messed up my order. Terrible, terrible customer service. Go somewhere else if you are in a hurry.
