This is the first time I am ever writing review. There is one sweet girl who is probably the manager that makes drinks good. But other make horrible. It’s the same drinks I order every where but here they make it so bad. You signed up for this job so no matter what time customer come you have to give them good service. They act like we are interpreting them. The drinks are always either too sweet or too much milk. Half cup drink or too much ice. When taking order they don’t even take it seriously no wonder why the drinks are bad. They need better training!
I am a regular Starbucks customer, I was visiting this city and I came for the 1st time to this store, The person who take my order was very distracted and not really focused on take my order, I ordered and Ice coffee but I received hot, I ordered with Vanilla flavor but it never came in, even I remarked when I was about to pay that it was with Vanilla Flavor, I ordered a Ham and Swiss PANINI, but I received a really BURNED ham and cheese croissant I Gave a 2nd chance and tried going again, but this time they told me they couldn’t do the drink as I was requesting it, when it was actually in the menu, and the food display got plenty of flies or mosquitos
Terrible experience today. I went around 1:15 and there was no one at the counter. I waited for five minutes, which I wasn’t upset about—the rest of the store was really busy and I figured they were helping out somewhere else? Anyway, after asking a few employees I went to customer service to see what was going on, and the lady behind the counter kindly paged the Starbucks associate to the counter. I went back over and she was there, saying she “just needed to go to the bathroom.” She was extremely rude and short. I told her I completely understood, that she deserves to take a break and she snapped back “I went to the bathroom. I didn’t take a break,” and complained that she was the only one there. She made my drink and I told her “thank you” to which I received no response. As I started walking away, she proceeded to complain to the next customer about me and how she couldn’t even “just step away to go to the bathroom.” I understand that you’re short staffed, and can sympathize with that—but that is no reason to take it out on the customer, especially one that is being to be understanding. So utterly unprofessional. This is not the only time I’ve received poor service from here, either. I will not be returning to this location.
Wanted an egg sandwich but without the cheese, she’s like “Sorry I can’t do that” and I’m like... I see your tongs there, you can’t just take the cheese off of the pre-made, cold sandwich before you heat it up? And she was like “No, I can’t.” And then she did not fully cook it. Oof.
Show up to get 2 mochas and the girl says sorry we close in 10 minutes. I know it's Thanksgiving, but really you want to be rude and not do your job. Then work somewhere else. She missed out on a big tip, as well. I always tip those that work on this day if I need their service.
To the barista who helped me zip my jumpsuit before my interview and wished me luck. Thank you. You are the best.
I arrived at 8:40pm just wanted to get a quick coffee to end my day. The girl running the stand saw me flipped off the lights and said "Sorry, we're closed". Really? It's 20 til...You don't close until 9pm.
Got poor service from a barista - she told me off for ordering more than one cup of coffee, saying she was too busy helping customers to make multiple coffees for me. Even though I was a customer.. Then she said I was lucky to be getting anything at all from her. She asked where I thought I was - she wanted me to know she works in a Kroger Starbucks, not a regular Starbucks. I was shocked. Terrible service makes it really easy to say no to coffee from this location.
It was horrible the staff was very disrespectful one of the baristas said to me when I said is this are's she said no we are busy can’t you see also she said take as many straws at you can’t if you can fire her she was working around 3:30 and with earrings and white I am not trying to be racist.also one of the different Colerd people said is this enough rudly and the women did nothing wrong to her also we had a bad experience if you are planning to drink coffee here it has bad service and rude baristas. So do not come here you are planning to
I went in around 10:55 am on 12/28/20 and ordered 2 drinks 1 a venti ICED mocha with sweet cream foam and extra carmel drizzle and this Vanilla Bean strawberry purée drink..... she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes the WHOLE time and even commented “it’s a bit much when people order drinks the way I did” oh and did I mention she totally got the ICED coffee wrong it wasn’t iced it was frozen and I wasn’t even in the mood to have her fix it..... I will NEVER go back!!!!
