The worst one ever I never complain but I am soo livid I paid for a large mocha frappe they put a medium into the cup and put hella whip cream I asked for fresh fries and they are freaking ice cold I paid $20 for a $5 response. Like get your stuff together and quit playing. I absolutely will not be back the service I received tonight is absolutely ridiculous.
Just went through the drive thru at the Finneytown store. Food was good and hot. Only thing is they forgot nugget sauce… but not a big deal. Employees were super nice!
Took almost twenty minutes to get our food. They didn't take my order right. When I pulled around and waiited they only brought out some of my order. Five minutes later they brought out the missing happy meal which was missing the toy. I explained to the employee I needed one bc my kid would be jealous and upset. You cant expect to give just one kid a toy and not the other. She told me they were busy and it was shift change. After waiting almost five more minutes she brought it out and we could leave. When I got home I discovered we didn't get straws, I received the wrong drink and my daughter's cheeseburger had no cheese. I won't be going back to this store again.
If they mess up your order in the drive thru make sure to take your receipt AND food back in to get said items they didn't put in bag, because they will accuse you of stealing your food. We went back inside with our receipt and they made us walk all the way around the store in the snow to go back and get the bag. What does having the bag prove, if we wanted to steal the food we still could have by removing missing items from the bag. This place is clearly incompetent.
Terrible experience. Ordered ahead online just a smokehouse bacon quarter pounder meal with orange hi-c. I give my code and am told to pull around. There was another car pulling around also from the other order menu. I get to the window the woman asks did I pay already. I informed her it was an online order then she had a confused look and say "you're good go ahead to the 2nd window" I see the car in front of me get an orange hi c handed to them then the driver looked confused and pulled off anyway. I get to the window and they are all confused like they don't know where my order is. They tell me to pull around to the front of the building. Mind you I ordered this 15 mins before I pulled up. I wait in front of the building for I kid you not 15 mins and they come out and ask what was it I ordered again like they forgot I was even there. Then took another 10 mins to bring me a sloppy made burger missing toppings and cold fries. At this point it took everything in me to keep from snapping on them people so I just left. I will never ever ever return to this McDonald's. Horrible experience horrible customer service and just all around trash experience.
I just don't understand why this place always make you pull around for the smallest order. One coffee and had to pull around for 10 mins..... I'm surprised because every time I come here there isn't a long line and their staff is rude and half sleep in the a.m.
Most people only review when a experience is awful - I held back numerous times because 'it's McDonald's' of course it's not going to be perfect. I'm done with them - the entire franchise, time and time again this McDonald's has failed to do the minimum of acceptable work to be held as a place worth while. No franchise should have more then one drive thru lane that merges into one - it just dosent work. This specific McDonald's = 0/10 McDonald's as a franchise = 1/10
I've been to at least a 100 mcdonalds in my life. Stopped in around 330 4 ish. The first Mcdonalds I've ever sat down in to eat. Super clean, staff was friendly and they flowed so seamlessly. There ice cream machine wasn't broken. I'll drive past three other stores just to come to this one.
Fry guy was racist Order person was cool, Food, well had 2 wait for order to come up even after asking multiple times approximately when it would be ready and looked at the same bag that was mine for over 5 minutes.Food: 2/5
My wife and I went through the drive-thru around 10:pm. We each ordered a 2a quarter pounder. Got home and opened it up. Disgusted, we took it back. See photos. McDonald's us not good for you! Customer service is terrible too! Board of Health needs to see this!
