There is no drive thru. This is one of the locations where you can come in order and have a nice seat while you work on on class of business work on your laptop. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. I've experienced hardly any wait time whenever I've order both through the app and in person.Food: 4/5

This drive-thru is usually pretty busy. When the line is long its usually quicker to pre-order and pick up inside. Glad there's a drive-thru in IB now.  Parking: Busy parking lot.

LOVE THIS PLACE one of my fav places quite, amazing customer service, and very friendly employee.

The staff is wonderful, and the young manager was so sweet. I don't usually Carry cash on my person and my debit card had an issue so she offered to cover what I did not have, since I had already ordered... I was embarrassed by the situation but she was so curtious and made me feel better... Thank you for such great employees. I will definitely visit there again, once I've cleared up my debit card issue

Always making great pikes peek coffee at this location. Some other locations don't know how to make a cup of regular coffee. This one off of Navajo Blvd is the best.

Good costumer service testy sandwiches clean comfortable

Very unsatisfied with this location. Ordered frappuccino double blended. Gave me iced drink, I again ask to have double blended please. Blend's once puts in cup, they realized only 1x blending dumped drink back in blender adds 1 cup ice  reblend's and pours back in my cup. hands me sticky cup covered in freppuccino, 1st drink it Taste like watered down coffee.

The staff at this Starbucks is very friendly and really try to ensure you have a positive experience. They are always pleasant, even when they are busy I actually forgot my phone there today and in the 3 minutes it took for me to realize this and return, they had already locked it up in their secure locker for lost items.

Used to have great service but lately hasn't been great with multitasking and the drinks are being made incorrectly or lacking basic ingredients. The baristas have an attitude and had to wait twenty minutes for two drinks to come out while the other wasn't made for another 10.

The team in this store needs to be commended. A close-by store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 and they’re getting slammed. They do it cheerily, with a good attitude and patience. They deserve bonuses.
