Look, I gotta say I have had my first bad Starbucks experience…this child who helped me really my morning…her name started with a N like naharma with a heart on her name tag. She informed me there was no Irish crème syrup no prob can I have the foam instead? Of course she said yes but it would be more. I asked if I can be charged the price of what I wanted instead paying more for the substitution and she’s like uhm no we can’t do that she didn’t ask she didn’t seem to care I just stared because I didn’t wanna mess her morning up or make her look Anyway this early on a Saturday but I am upset. 3 stars because I’m sure she’s a good person but I don’t even like my drink I paid more for

everyone is always so kind and positive when I come in.  Yesterday when I cam in, I even had a special little note written on my mocha that brightened my day.  The staff there always goes above and beyond to welcome their guests. Thank you for bringing a little joy to this tired teacher's day!

Ordered a venti latte coffee and received a cup only 3/4 full.  When asking why it was not filled up they only responded yep that’s how it comes.  Why would I order and pay for venti when they gave me a grande coffee???!

You pay for afresh drink you end up with old one or they offer you to make another drink instead of making a fresh patch of coffee I go every morning sometime three times a day and they are different from location to another so my advice to you if this happens to you go tell them about it complain

Im usually not to complaint but . Today i had the worse day at work so i was happy to go get my caramel machiatto, that drink  makes me feel good : when i took the first sip i realized theres no sweetness in it : i cant go all the way so i kinda fixed it at home but it sucks really , starbucks aint cheap. Hope the pay better attention

Good seating area and great viewing. The drive-thru is usually busy. Clean store and friendly stop. Nice atmosphere.

Ordered a drink and got food poisning couple of hours after… the milk they used had to be expired or something.. not coming back to this location anymore.

I order a drink in the App and when I went to pick it up the door was locked .I called and they asked me to pick it up at drive through!!! How if I don’t have a car????i order this to avoid waiting in line. What’s the point of ordering in the App if I’m going to end up waiting in line at drive through. When I asked to cancel my order they asked me to go to drive through to cancel it :/ not professional + They did not specify when I replace my order to pick that up at drive through.
