Really big store.  Nice decor. Comfortable.  Surprised not having any of the self serve coolers for yogurt, waters, etc.  Actually really busy this morning just before 9 am on Saturday.  Long wait even with the mobile order.

I’ll be honest - I’ve been a long time customer of this Starbucks and a year ago this review would not have been positive. I have to give credit to the staff here, they have really stepped it up in service lately. They remember me from my order, they’re very kind and they really make the transaction personable. Great job y’all! Keep it up!

The crew this morning was phenomenal. I drive through order was taken by I believe Brendan or Brandon. Who greeted us with welcome back to delicious. His energy was just everything! We were then greeted at the window by the sweetest little Aussie girl I can't remember her name. But I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for a great service this morning what a great crew!

Emily was a fantastic customer service representative! She made our experience this Monday morning absolutely fantastic with her great attitude and positive voice!!!  I will come back to this specific Starbucks just because of Emily!Food: 5/5

Came to Starbucks on 10/04/22, around 9:20am, I asked if they had a military discount and was told they do not, which to me wasn’t a big deal, however the drive thru worker Brandon went out his way and paid for my drink. Even got to have a short conversation with him, very nice guy and he definitely deserves a raise. : thank you Brandon!!

FRIENDLY CAUTION TO OTHERS...The Starbucks location on Walker Ave NW is currently using subpar defective lids on ALL their hot beverages! My husband went thru the drive thru at this location over the weekend. He was handed his black coffee and less than a block down the road the lid popped off and 160+ degree coffee PAINFULLY poured down his hand and leg.  Thankfully he was able to safely pull over to the side of the road. I hate to even think if he had been driving on the highway when this happened! He immediately called this store and explained what happened.  The employee said " Oh yeah, we got a batch of bad lids, sorry if you want to come back we can make you a new coffee" My husband said "Uh, so you are KNOWLY using defective lids!" She responded "yeah but we are trying to remember to tell customers that they don't fit well".  My husband was mindblown and so am I that a company and management would knowingly use defective supplies!!! I am disgusted, angry and felt the need to share this painful scary experience. I would not want anyone else to have this same experience!

The Alpine Starbucks is not my “home Starbucks”, so the baristas don’t know me. Put my order in at the drive thru and pulled up to window to be greeted by Olivia.  Wow! What a ball of energy!  She did a wonderful job making meaningful conversation while we waited for my coffee.  She was amazing and totally made my morning.  Alpine, don’t loose Olivia! She’s makes Starbucks more than coffee.  Cheers Olivia!

Amazing service. Amazing food. Shout out to the person taking my order this morning, they really got my day off to a good start.

They are genuinely always so nice at this store, I recently started going now that the Target across the street closed their Starbucks. Every time I go the employees are so nice and the drive-through is always really quick. I went inside once too and the atmosphere was very inviting. Great place with great employees!

Everyone is so nice and I love that every time I come in they know my name cause I work nearby
