Been coming in here for years, on the days I volunteer my time with my certified therapy dog seeing employees in the shopping strip. . Walked in to order and go, was asked to leave even though my dog is trained to well behaved. This is the 1st starbucks in the area who has said this to me and HAS NOT been dog friendly. ABSOLUTELY NO dogs other then service because of the current manager. Uncomfortable and upsetting confrontation. They did not seem bothered that I will not come back.
Maybe the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. Both my wife and I have similar stories of accidentally ordering from the wrong one a Ross the street, but without missing a beat they helped us. They asked to see the order to remake the items and had us in and out in about the same amount of time. Service is on point every time I’m in along with the drinks being made well.
Our go-to coffee place. We've spent at least two mornings a week for the past 8yrs here. Many of the staff members we've met over the years have become like family.Service: 5/5
Evan provided amazing customer service today. I've had a vanilla sweet cream cold brew a million times, and nobody has ever talked to me about trying the nitro. He was friendly and quick to have me try a sample. I loved it and will be getting it from now on. Great job!
Me and my partner went here for a few drinks and it was Such a calm peaceful environment and I really appreciate it. We were able to sit down and laugh a little bit before we wanted to head out to the mall and then to the bookstore. I think it's really cool you guys are also really close to Powell's so I can sip on coffee while I read books. Thank you :

Usually I have a great experience at the drive through, except for today. I ordered a venti matcha latte with cold foam on top today at 1:00 PM. When I received the drink, there was hardly any cold foam and the drink was mostly bubbly on top. That’s uncommon for cold foam which usually has a thick consistency. When I complained asked them to add whipped cream on top, the lady at the drive through rudely took my drink, quickly added some whip cream and gave it back without apologizing. Usually this place has fantastic customer service but the lady in the drive through was exceptional rude. I didn’t get her name but she wore a scarf covering her head. She seemed new as I never saw her work here before.
Not so friendly location. Seems to be out of something every time or something wrong with one of their machines. I’ve had drinks given to me all sticky from the outside. Just horrible experience every time. Don’t recommend this location at all.
Was treated very rudely by an employee. I asked if they could make my ice tea more sweeter cause it was very bitter she would not offer to remake my tea. Instead she gave me the sweetener in a cup so I can put in myself then ask me to leave the store. I feel that I was treated differently cause of the color of my skin. Never going there! In fact I don’t think I will want to ever buy anything from Starbucks again!
Gave me the wrong order and refused to give me the correct order.
