We usually do not drink Sharetea but decided to give this location a try when we visited OR, Aug 2022. It was good but needed tad more tea aroma. Overall slightly above average, 3.5/5. We did return here another time before we left OR.
Nothing to complain. I will go again tomorrow. Recommend honey oolong Mike tea. It’s great
Came here on a busy Saturday night it was around 9:15pm. It was packed and busy nowhere to sit type of thing and we made our order and waited near the front toward the left where you would normally pick up, also because there was nowhere else to stand. As we were waiting the rude worker kept telling us we couldn’t wait there, and that it was a no waiting area, I literally looked around like where else are we suppose to wait. So we slowly moved closer to the front counter area. Then we see 2 girls go to that same area we supposedly weren’t allowed to be and they sat in the bench without the rude worker telling them anything! Make it make sense! If you don’t want people waiting in that area block it off, or have a limit of how many people can be inside, ridiculous !
It’s my togo spot. Variety of flavors. They also give you option for the amount of ice and sugar. Also the staff are super quick in preparing your orders. No matter the line, the wait time is short.
The drinks are fantastic and well made. There's always a great variety with customization options available. Kayla Is amazing, she remembers my wife's and I order perfectly when we walk in. Most of the time we don't even have to say anything and she knows what we want perfectly, whether we are together or not she knows. Amazing service!
Ordered the winter melon tea, quite good, fast service and sample seating.
The tea here is quite disappointing. We ordered one tea with less ice, and a wintermelon tea. Less tea had the exact same quantity of ice as regular, and the person at the counter was adamant about it having less ice even though I'd seen them put the same quantity in both cups while making them. The wintermelon tea had no flavor except the oat milk and sugar. Definitely not worth the money they charge, there are much better options in the area
I’m a regular at this Sharetea, but this last visit a couple days ago wasn’t pleasant. I was told the location was out of regular boba only *after* I ordered and tipped. On top of that, I was given way too much ice despite ordering a regular drink 3/4 of the cup was ice when it was finished, I have a pic I can’t post since it’s a 2 star rating. No drink should have this much ice ever, unless if someone asks for extra ice ofc. Lastly the tip presets are too high. The standard should be 10%. Having higher as a *minimum* option isn’t right in our state where workers are paid a minimum wage and don’t have to rely solely on tips like in other states. Just pay them more and don’t pressure customers to tip up to 25% while being stared at.
4 stars for consistency in the drink taste and boba. Took a star off because the some of the workers literally are so rude there lol. Don’t even greet when we enter the store, no smile, I feel like I’m burdening them by ordering something lol and then they got the nerve to ask for a tip lol it’s comical.
This place has been a popular place to go for bubble tea ever since they opened. They have some of the best bubble tea and drinks in town. Its always consistent and the service is quick. They have both caffeinated and non caffeinated, hot and cold, and dairy and dairy free drinks. It's a place where you can find a drink that you enjoy.
