I ordered online and it said estimated finish time at 12:11. At 12:15 I said are they getting it ready and they hadn't touched my order. Everyone behind the counter is hanging out like it's a fun party. No one has a sense of urgency or understanding that their customers have places to be. I'm on a very tight schedule and there's a reason I order online: so I don't end up in this situation. Needless to say I will not be coming to this Starbucks again.
Yes it's a new location and yes it's gonna take a little bit longer if you go during busy times. Any time we have visited this location the staff was extremely friendly and kind which put a huge boost in my day. Drinks always made correctly and our food was always hot, this is definitely one of the better locations in the area.
The workers are nice and my order is always right, but don’t come here if you’re on your way to work or some type of appointment. Very slow drive-thru, I am in it for about 15 minutes each day unless I go at around 6-7am.
The Barista Shay.. is absolutely wonderful! She is always just great and such a wonderful employee among others there! I hope this Starbucks stays nice. The only problem I'd say is.... certain customers! If you have zero idea of what to order, or do not even bother to look up their menu item online BEFORE you go in or their drive thru... you are the idiot, giving the batista attitude and huffing and puffing won't get you anywhere!
While the staff is generally friendly, this is one of the slowest Starbucks around. This is the 3rd time I have tried going inside and each time the staff seems more focused on talking with each other and joking around rather than making the drinks and getting them out in a timely fashion.
Quick & efficient. Very delicious drinks as well as food. Workers are very polite and kind! So happy to finally have a Starbucks nearby.
It took over TEN minutes in the drive through with 4 cars ahead. Really Starbucks. For the price corporate needs to give the stores more helo!!
