So I ordered a double burger from this place. I asked for no onions. I ordered this from Doordash but it still came from this place. Here's my issue.. This is 2 picture side by side. I scrapped the onions off and you can clearly see the mound of onions on the plate when I said no onions. I feel that the person that did the order put extra extra onions just to be rude.. To me this is uncalled for.. Plus not only that I ask for no onions on a triple cheese burger. Same thing. No onions. I also asked for no pickles and I got pickles and onions on that as well. So the employee either didn't listen or decided to be rude and just added the items I asked not too. Not too happy with this. Here's a picture.

I live in close proximity of this McDonald's and my family and I used to love eating from here. At some point this place took a shift in the wrong direction and I CANNOT recommend this place anymore. In the past when you ordered from here you got hot fresh food, a smile on the server's face and an overall satisfaction from coming to eat here. Now you get warm food at best and the employees don't smile at all, I can live with that because we don't come for that but it's not a good feeling when you spend your money at an establishment these days and you get poor service. This McDonalds used to have the best and I do mean the best fries, well not anymore, they're always warm and hard. That is extremely disappointing. There is a young man that works in the mornings that takes your money at the first window and he doesn't like to open the window and extend his arm to give you your card or change back, it's extremely rude. But back to the food, everything used to be really good especially the fries. We were so happy to live in close proximity because it was really nice to be able to get fast food that was prepared fresh and hot. So in closing if you're in need of a quick bite and you're in the area, I'd suggest you find something else. At a time when everything has went up in price, I'm not going to continue to spend my money at an establishment with bad food and poor service.

We ordered sandwiches and a large fries, but we got medium fries in a large container. Didn't realized til got home.Tried calling but no answer. Hopefully it's a one time incident otherwise we'll get our fries elsewhere. $3.59 is expensive enough then you only get half the order.

Tonight 1/3/22 ordered quarter pound meal and 6 piece nugget.  Received McDouble and cheeseburger.   Really guys.  Over paid for this.   Do better…..

The fact that my boyfriend had to wait 20 minutes for some food and not receive anything is beyond me, whoever the manager at this location is doesn’t have a clue how to run a store! Don’t pull someone if they only have two things in the order or if you are make sure you have the right staff to run things out for the customers. On top of that the phone doesn’t work I wonder why, to many complaints.

Went threw Drive threw on 12/28/22 at 12:28pm  and the young lady was the Most ignorant person I ever met. She kept slamming the drive threw window because she had the wrong order for me, she never said Thank you once and YELLED at me about my coupon which was still good and they accepted it. If your having a BAD day you shouldn't take it out on others.... Thinking Driving a little further elsewhere next time

I'm sitting in the DT with a mobile order already gave them my code, CC said I've been charged. I sat in that line for 40 minutes from speaker to food pickup window. When I get there they try telling me that I already got my food 35 minutes ago. I politely disagree with her and she goes to talk to the manager. Now the manager comes over and tries to tell me the same thing. Again I try my best to politely disagree with her and tell her I've been sitting in her DT line for 40 minutes since my CC has already been charged and I have not received my food yet. She just turns around and walks away, I didn't move. Then a minute later the first lady comes back to the window and hands my a bag, which is my food. The fries were nasty, my dog wouldn't even eat them and of course I didn't get my sauces.

How are you guys going to be 24 hours but every time I’ve come later at night they seem to be “closed for 30 minutes” but at very random times. If you’re going to be lazy while getting paid hourly, work somewhere else. This has happened 3 separate times all at different times. Just attempted to call to talk to a manager, no answer, no voicemail is set up. Also if you’re going to close for 30 minutes, you should put that on your open hours. Disappointed and annoyed.

Should be -5 stars. Save your time and don’t go here. Their number doesn’t even work. Disgusted. My order was wrong, I ordered the sweetie meal and didn’t get any chicken nuggets, the soda was flat, my kids happy meal was missing a nugget, he didn’t get ranch, the fries were gross and tasted old. Save your money and don’t go here.
