We love our ladies and our Starbucks inside Krogers at West Lake Houston Parkway. They are our morning routine. They know my order when we come in. Always friendly always smiling. Have never waited for our order. Always leave in a timely fashion and with a smile. Informational on drinks and super helpful. 10 stars! We have gone other stores before but this is our home.  Dietary restrictions: I can only have 300 milligrams of caffeine per day and I use it here at Starbucks. Cindy helped me find the right drink order for me with my daily limit in mind so that I can breastfeed my son safely and still get my coffee kick. Love love this store and these ladies.

Back in 2016, SB was getting sued for not filling the cups. Here we are again not filling cups up. We pay ALOT of money for these drinks. FILL THEM UP. Even if no whip, fill it. I pay extra for a different milk too. STOP shorting me.

I come here almost every day, this location makes me feel like I’m part of their family. I enjoy chatting with all the employees here but definitely have my two girls that treat me like a princess. They always know my drink, and if slow have it ready even before I pay! Thank you so much Cindy and Saesha!

Most places I go to mess up my order I’m kinda high maintenance and ask for a lot of modifications - at least I’m self aware but they got everything right! Staesha was really helpful, she is the one who made my drink :

There was only 1 worker she was really nice, the drinks were amazing, I've also been coming here ever since I was younger drinks are still amazing as always, thank you to the 1 person working for being so great!

Stood in line for 10 minutes when I got up the line they had nothing that I wanted they continue to say I’m so sorry but we don’t have the size cup, I’m so sorry we do not have whip cream I’m sorry we do not have anything you’ve asked for —- that’s on our menu. Not good recommend finding another Starbucks

I went in today and the girl working there was so rude. 1st I waited for almost 10 minutes because she had her back turned and was washing something in the sink. She never apologized for not acknowledging me. I ordered my drink very berry hibiscus refresher and it looked super dark, I had never seen it that dark and that is the drink I always get. It was nearly black looking. So I asked why it looked so dark and she was like "idk! Must be the berries I guess" and rolled her eyes and turned around. I was so upset on how I was treated. I wish I would have got her name so I could post on here. But she was working the afternoon on 1/28/21. Now I see why I only like going to the Starbucks that are NOT inside Kroger stores. They are much nicer there.
