TISHA is the name I was given  but whom ever you are please make sure you have great listening skills as to what the customer is requesting for. You were not giving a smile like you are supposed to do as well as the customer had to remind you about a refill discount. You were so quick to take the order and walk away. Now thanks to you I would rather come in at 4am and let the other staff assist me.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews but unfortunately, this location missed the mark. I ordered ahead and was given a pickup time for it. I get to the location a little before that time so I have a seat and wait. No communication from the staff whatsoever, I’m then there 10 minutes past when it says to pickup when they finally make my drink. Which was ok, but when I picked it up and said thank you, no one responded. An acknowledgment or apology for the longer wait, or apology for attending other customers ahead of my order would have been what I believe an understandable approach in the service industry. I hope a review like this will help you in the future.

I love Starbucks,  but don't ever go with a bill larger than a $20. They won't change it which is ridiculous for a company that has revenue as large as they do.Food: 5/5

The staff never once looked up to greet or say how can I help you. There was maybe 2 ppl in the lobby so they weren’t busy. The girl who looked in charge was rude when it was time to get my drink. They always run out of items and take forever with orders. I avoid going here.

I love Starbucks I’ve been going for over 4 years but this one in particular is horrible! Nothing that they make here is right! They always find a way to mess up and not in the way of forgetting what I asked for they literally can’t make their own drinks right. It always taste wrong please go to any other Starbucks and you can literally taste the difference. Example: I order a Chai Tea latte and I can literally taste that they put coffee in it… how did this even happen again.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The staff makes the difference. This store is average at best. They’re not overly friendly when I’m here. The coffee is fine. It’ll get you through the morning.

Came from Florida! First time being here and my sister and I had a great experience here.

Horrible service! 25 minute wait for an online order. Staff doesn’t seem to care about the customers inside the store.

They are the bes location hands down. Whenever I come here the are super friendly and fast when it comes to ordering. I love them so much and this is coming from the heart.

The drinks were really tasty and the people that made our drinks were really nice. Unfortunately the person they have taking orders is dry and as quiet as  a mouse. I've had better interactions with a wall.
