Great service but extremely “too loud” music in and outdoor that we prefer to sit at Coffee Bean &.Tea Leaf cross street. Staff say they don’t have authority to reduce the speakers volume. We recently experience same uncomfortable loud music in other Starbucks as well that proves a new policy of Starbucks management to keep only individuals customers at their laptops with earphones rather than friends meetings at all Starbucks.
Food is great at this location, however it states it is a Drive Thru location and it is not. Big let down as parking is very hectic. Also the staff comes off as very stand offish.
Not a fan. They just renovated. Now it’s even smaller than it was. Most of the seating is outside. Service here, with some, is not at all friendly or good consistently. Biggest con, for me, is that there are literally no outlets here now.
The staff are rude they don't want to supply enough milk for my coffees everyday is the same thing they want to save money on everything even the cups for ice coffee don't have the starbucks brand logo but the prices rise up and the quality in this location is the worst l am really dissatisfied just because is close to my work l get my coffees here but l am tired of be treated this low way not anymore,l won't never come back
As I said before brentwood pretty much always has great customer service and high prices but this Starbucks and I believe most keep their prices l around the same so that's always greay
This store used to be fast. Now it seems to be super crowded and very slow. Waited 25 minutes for a drink and a breakfast sandwich the other week, same thing again this week.
This is a pretty cool little place early in the morning. The line moves quickly, the colors are nice, and there are some rich businessmen and women here in the early morning as well as a few students having meetings and getting work done
Rude fat white lady behind the counter showing off her racism skills. I went inside after I ordered my Joe and asked for a cup of cream. She told me "next time ask for it when you order". Hmm why does it matter when I ask for it lady? Not going back.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with an employee today by the name of Marc who has absolutely zero customer skills. I had a simple request, which was use my stars towards merchandise alongside a $15 voucher. I followed his instructions and scanned my $15 voucher, however at the end of the transaction I noticed that he took the points off but not the $15. When questioned, he was fast to blame me for not scanning the right card when I did, and he then asked me if I was using a different card and I said no I used the gift card. He then became very argumentative and essentially tried to place blame on me for his error. I was trying to seek a resolution since he was escalating this situation and drawing attention. I asked him to void the transaction and redo it, and he said okay but that he needed to combine all my cards in my app which I let him. I then reiterated again what my intention was, which was to use my points and the voucher. He ran the transaction through the second time, it still didn't go through and again he put the blame on me for scanning a different card which I didn't he got very very argumentative at the stage very patronizing rolled his eyes. I asked him to void everything and he said well since you won't listen to me , fine. His tone was very sarcastic, demeaning and is clearly incompetent if he cannot run a simple translation. When I left other patrons who heard the whole transaction sympathized with my experience and said I should escalate. Im a senior partner in tech and if this was my employee they be fired in an instant. I walked out of there with nothing but humiliation from your staff.
Management seems overwhelmed, customer service is lacking. Double-check your order if picking up... they can miss items altogether Personally prefer coffee bean across the street - far better seating for outdoor lounging!
