We're glad this location is open again. The remodel is nice however the coffee for the first two stops have not been good. We ordered 2 coffees each stop and they've all been really bitter/burnt. I understand the staff may be just getting up to speed but there's room for improvement.
Great Starbucks with lovely staff and nice seating and atomosphere. The parking lot is very accessible and its close proximity to 89 makes it a great stop for all my fellow caffeine addicts out there. I was welcomed by kind and cheerful staff and the service was quicker than any Starbucks I can remember visiting in recent years.Food: 5/5
so. I have a dietary restriction I made sure to specify that changes the color and texture of my drink. I checked in when she gave it to me and after I left because it did NOT taste right and the color was too dark and if I have it normally I will have a seizure. She insisted it was correct and that was that. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes before deciding I would go get a new one at a different starbucks. They made it for me and it came out the right color and consistency. My friend even tried both - she said there was a noticeable difference. So if you have a dietary restriction like me, don’t go to this starbucks. they do not take food safety seriously. go to essex jct instead, they were incredible there like always and even gave me a size up for free:
Called ahead to make sure they had their, "Been There" mug before walking out in that bad weather in Burlington, VT. Very nice employees and friendly! Place was packed but they worked diligently together and moved quickly.
There is a limited menu and never seems to have the sandwich I like. The coffee is hit or miss depending on who makes it....the servers are always pleasant but need more staff .Food: 3/5
Loud cackling employees more worried about their own conversations than your needs. Holiday music blasting. Disheveled tables and chairs.

The Barista Staff are always friendly and professional. Good eye contact and extra effort to communicate in spite of masks. Always feel safe at this location. Very clean and a fun place to sit outside and chat!
The remodel of this particular Starbucks is a complete failure. They took customer floor space away and put in a larger work space. When you walk in the front door you have to get through all the people waiting for orders to get down to were you place you order. Half the floor space is taken up by tables making the environment confined. You force to be in close contact with other customers which in this day and age is not a good thing. Very disappointed in what was done there. Not worth a revisit.
I know I shouldn't have expected more, but every drink just tasted like a melted candy bar.
