My experience was great! I accidentally ordered too much food for curbside pickup, so I went inside and asked about it, and a nice lady went to great lengths to help me out! Even though there was no immediate solution, she tried everything, and she ended up recommending that I get a refund later, which was a great solution! The order was also packaged super neatly, I'll add a picture just so you can see how magnificently this was done. Would recommend, great customer service, and very friendly staff!
Kids were hungry after a fun-filled day in Vermont. We were at the nearby Target and this McDonald's was right there. We were planning to go through the drive thru and was shocked to find there isn't one! We got McNuggets and they were extremely fresh. You know how it tastes when freshly made - hot, moist, and heat in the centre with a crispy crunch. These were among the better McNuggets experience that we have had. The fries were not as piping hot and fresh as the McNuggets, but they still tasted yummy. I got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was decent. Again, star of tonight's meal were the McNuggets! This review is based on numerous visits to this specific store on Williston Road in South Burlington Vt. This morning, I ordered breakfast via the app. Got to the store at around 7:15 AM I believe they open at 7:00 and there was a handwritten sign on the door indicating that they would not be opening until 8:30. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, people get sick or there are emergencies - thus impacting service. What I don't understand is how an order can be placed on their app without indicating that the store will not be open. Wasted my time and as far as I can tell, my credit card was still charged for food I did not receive. This particular McDonalds is convenient - on my way to work. However, I have had problems with the service over the years, hence the 2-star rating. It is often dirty - the fountain station frequently has dried/sticky syrup on the lid dispenser, napkin dispenser empty and there is trash strewn on the floor - I'm usually there right after they open, and it appears that the night crew has problems cleaning. Staff have often been rude/unfriendly - I've had my bag essentially thrown on the counter and told "here it is" in a gruff tone on more than one occasion. For these reasons, I am simply not going to go to this particular store any longer. If I'm craving something from McDonalds, I'll just head to the one on Park Drive in Colchester.
I was really impressed , the Service was a little slow , but considering they are severely understaffed , and stuck with so many doordash orders that it made me stressed just seeing it …. These guys did a great job. They also had a lobby full of unappreciative people and app drivers. These people need a raise asap !
I come every Sunday morning with my grandson to get him a mocha. Frappe in the machine is always down. The manager is unhelpful and rude. I’ve been going across the street to Dunkin’ Donuts to get my frappe. I hope to resume my tradition with my grandson soon, but it looks like McDonald’s doesn’t care if their machine is up or down. Worst customer service ever.
Clean and modern. Our experience was bad due to the service. Employee was loud and did not share in advance that menu items were not available. She did not offer a refund at first. Refund was not applied using the same form of payment. Disappointing way to start the day.
Been here several times since moving to Burlington. In regards to the manager who is always working the front counter and handing out meals. She is by far the rudest front of staff I have ever met. She constantly speaks back to customers with snide condescending remarks. She treats is as inferior and not worth the company's time. Absolutely appalling.
No drive through. Angry old ladies at your service. No greetings Took 5min to place order. Cashier had no name tag Did not speak a word to me She just looked at me Made me very uncomfortable No one here likes their job Imagine if I treated patients in this manner Crazy.
The staff was very friendly and took great care with our order, even making sure to repeat it back. Everything was made perfect and when I dropped something by accident a lady behind the counter rushed to help me. The manager was amazing and friendly. It's hard to find good customer service especially at fast food places now a days and the crew here goes above and beyond. The dining room was spotless
I ordered a filet-o-fish, with extra sauce, and a bacon cheese burger. My husband, and I ordered, the filet-o-fish, with extra tarter sauce, and a bacon cheeseburger. The fitet-o-fish, had trader sauce, all over the sandwich, as if it were applied by a disgruntled employee, or a cheaply mass produced on a lifeless conveyor belt. The bacon cheeseburger, was extremely greasy; soaking through the box, and had but one half pickle. Both sandwiches, were carelessly thrown together, all slanted. We will never eat at another McDonald's again! We suggest you do the same, or take your money, to a different McDonalds.
