My Starbucks app was not working properly and I had a large detailed order. I called this store and the manager helped me with an 11 person drink order that had many specific requests.  I also asked him to put the stickers on the cups so that it would make it easier for me to distribute.  He listened patiently and even inquired as to where I would pick up the order so that he would have everything waiting.  THANK YOU!!!  It was seamless.

The staff are always friendly, ready to dress your drink beautifully and send you on your way as fast as possible. Many of the staff are more than happy to talk with you as they complete their work --- leading to great customer service and care.

Averages over priced coffee shop as they all are. But no one else serves a better Chi Latte.
