We ordered two smoothies and a sandwich. The smoothies came quickly, but we say and waited for the sandwich. The guy in line behind us got his sandwich first, then two employees, one of them being the one who took or order, went on break and made themselves sandwiches. All in all we had to go ask for our sandwich again and it took almost 20min total. They weren't even busy, the place was dead, that's just crazy. Not happy. Also my smoothie tasted watery.

A little slow, but great food and drinks nonetheless. It's very convenient having this in a location on my way home from SVSU, I'm sure a lot of people stop in there because of that.

The place is usually pretty slow so service is pretty fast. Good smoothies, good prices.

I used to go to this location all the time because I shop at Sam's Club (which is right across the street). The drive thru speaker is forever broken and it is impossible to understand the employee and they also are not a part if the rewards program. I went up to the window and handed the person my phone to scan and was snapped back at saying that they "don't take that here". I was confused an just paid for my items and left. The food and smoothies are good, don't get me wrong, but the people at this location are the reason for the low rating. I base my business off of my experience as a whole, and will not be returning to this location.

The smoothies are awesome. I love the rockin raspberry!  When it's made with Splenda it's under 200 calories and filling.  The sandwiches are good too, just very small for the price. We stick to the smoothies.
