Although this Starbucks just opened I have already received fantastic service. There is a barista by the name of Michael who made my experience a memorable one. I definitely recommend that if you're in the neighborhood to stop by and enjoy the ambiance and great food.

Well at first it was great all around but now every time i go they have run out of the stuff i want,like i went last week in the morning around 11am and ordered a Jade Citrus Mint tea and they said they did not have any they only had the Mint one...So i said alright i'll take that and a breakfast sandwich they said sorry we do have any sandwiches either..So at that point i gave up and said for get it then and had to go to the other Starbucks in Miami Lakes that always has everything but it's just farther away for me...Well then the other night my husband go's to this Starbucks again and orders a Jade Citrus Mint Tea and guess what they said? Sorry we don't have any and no Banana bread either,REALLY! Ok that's it... We give up on this location..We now drive a little further but always get what we want.

HORRIBLE customer service. The barista forgot to give me my change. I called several times and they would either hang up or answer and put me on mute. I finally had to call the headquarter to resolve the issue and thankfully they put the money in my card. I will never go to this Starbucks. They lost my business.

New place on the neighborhood. The baristas so friendly and the best midnight mint mocha of the town!

I love this starbucks the customer service is always excellent. Yesterday i went in the afternoon at the drive thruand the girl that was there was really sweet she greeted me and was pretty quick. Will definetely be coming back. Keep it up
