I ordered two drinks on mobile and we waited 20 minutes for the first drink to be ready (they were really busy, I'm not upset about that.) I waited 10 more minutes and they still hadn't made my drink. I asked them if it was being made and they said that they didn't have the stuff to make it. Which is okay but I wish they would've told me that 30 minutes ago when I ordered. Thank you to the cashier, her name was Emma. She was very sweet about it and had them make me another drink right away.

I can't praise enough about the Starbucks.  It is the only one I will go to. It's close to home my home and easy to get to.  It does get busy during a couple of peak hours but that is excepted since the other locations are far and its a big town.  But I have to say despite that the staff is always friendly, cheery and kind. I love all the employees and am always happy to see their smiles when I go in.

I went into your store today to buy a BOGO machiato that I saw on the app. When I went in, the cashier said they no longer did that. The person, who I believe is the manager, told me that sometimes the app doesn't update if you have not opened it recently (I have used the app multiple times this week, and had opened it earlier that day). I closed the app and reopened it, and it still showed it as an option. I tried just buying it from the app, but at the checkout, it would not apply the discount. The employees were not being helpful or taking any responsibility to make the situation right even after showing them that the app listed the drink under a BOGO promotion (although she did suggest I call 1-800-starbucks to see if they would do something about it). Instead I tried ordering the s'mores frappuccino, which was listed on their board, and the lady told me they no longer sold that drink. She stated they would be changing board in the next few days, and then it would be corrected.  As we went to leave, we tried to get a refill for a regular coffee that we purchased. The lady at the counter asked if we were staying in the store, because she needed to brew more coffee. We were not, and we offered to take a refill of another type of brewed coffee, but they were out of the others as well. Had any of these things occurred in isolation, I might not have thought anything of it, but because all three things happened and there was very little effort made it make things right, it was very disappointing.

For whatever reason this Starbucks' coffee is not nearly as good as other locations.  I've never worked a coffee shop so I don't know the in' s and out's, but it's almost like they're not cleaning or rinsing or changing out stuff correctly.  The coffee here just seems to always have a stale taste, whereas other locations I've been too fill you with the warm sunshine you get from a perfect cup of Starbucks.
