This Starbucks is just bizarre. I have lived here for over two years and I don't believe I have ever had a drink made the way I ordered it (and I don't order complicated drinks). Every new hire is more rude and dismissive than the next. The seating arrangement isn't great either, but that's not their fault. I would say that I vow to never go to this location again, but it's so close to SSU that I probably will- unfortunately. If you have the time to go down the street to Peet's or even a different Starbucks I highly recommend doing so.

Drinks are pretty standards. Wait could be long depending on how many students are in the store (as the young employees, who probably are students too, could be slow when chatting with their friends). Other than that, quite good.

Some really great baristas and then those that smile and don't make your drink the way you order it. Inconsistent and frustrating. Just got a really bad mocha frappucino not the way I ordered it. :(

Three girls behind counter gossiping and complaining and don't even acknowledge customers while one poor girl is running around trying to help a huge crowd. Disappointing even have a feeling one of them was a manager.
