The staff is incredibly slow. I have come here multiple times, in the evening, on weekends and it is always the same. I always try to give staff members the benefit of the doubt but when I wait for 8-17 minutes to get one hot beverage, EVERY time, it is simply unacceptable. It also doesn't matter how busy they are, the drink always takes forever. I also feel disappointed how unapologetically the staff responds to this issue. Not once have I received an apology for how long the drink took or had my bill compensated. Other locations would be much more apologetic, passed out free pastries, or given me my money back. Besides the wait time, I will say the atmosphere is nice. This Starbucks is newer, with lots of seating and high ceilings.

EDIT: After returning to this location a few more times in the last few weeks, I've seen big improvements. The place is clean, staff is on top of orders and service moves fast. Well done!

Not sure what's happened at this Starbucks, but the place is chaotic, disorganized, slow and painfully dirty. For the last few weeks, every time I order, they forget a food item or a detail about the order wrong. Takes forever, despite short lines and several baristas. Worst Ann Arbor location. Not an isolated experience, as indicated by other reviews. I don't blame the workers-I blame the management/training.

This store really needs some improvement. I always spend at least 10 min in drive thru, even when there is only one car ahead of me.  The coffee tastes burnt more times than not and my order is frequently incorrect (no cream,  no sugar etc.). I choose to drive across town to go to a different store because I have had to many bad experiences here. The store has potential to do very well, because this part of the city is very busy. Please improve your speed and the quality of your products.

Store looks like it's really improved since I first started coming here last year. I no longer see the ex-con who worked here over the winter and it makes me feel safe at this location now. He was always rude. Now everyone is outgoing and fun. Drink is always right.

Great location with a large amount of seating. Orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately when placed in-store.
They have two gender-neutral, handicap-accessible bathrooms.
