Extremely rude employees working within the past couple of months. My most recent experience, I waited at the counter for about a minute with the only acknowledgment being a glare at me for getting in line when they clearly had better things to do-watch coffee brew while I was the only customer. Once I was finally asked my order the girl said they had ran out of mocha for my drink and didn't offer to make a new batch as I would have waited for it. I had ask if they had a recommended substitute and then had to come up with a substitute for the drink as they were not interested in helping me. This location is the only one in the area otherwise I don't think they would have any business. If the closest location wasn't on the parkway, I wouldn't even mind driving 15-20 minutes out of the way to avoid. They seem to not monitor how their employees are treating customers when that is what Starbucks prides itself on. I don't think anyone really takes the time out of their day to write reviews unless it's this bad and it is, the only reason I've wasted my time doing this is so some type of management gets a reality check about how terrible their staff is.

never any management, half the employes are rude they have limited selection and don’t cross off items when they don’t have them then when u ask for it they say they don’t have it and act like ur stupid! but it’s still on the menu!

A Starbucks much like any you'll find in a casino or airport. All the amenities of a stand alone brick and mortar store. Friendly staff and speedy service. You need that pick me up after the exhausting shopping experience you just went through.

NEVER seems to be a supervisor on, or the manager is one of the girls that's "working"... so basically no management. They hide in the back gossiping and ignore you hoping you'll leave. God forbid you want a drink... that's just ridiculous. Going to a coffee shop for a coffee?! How dare you! These lazy jerks know how to do nothing very well. I just moved to the local area and this is the only Starbucks available without a 15-20 minute drive, which kills me because I love Starbucks. You'd think for someone that came in a lot they'd maybe just make you a coffee. These people are rude, and could care less. I've been told multiple times they're closed while other people are standing there with coffee at 8:50PM... I GET IT, YOUR CLOSING SOON, BUT IM NOT ASKING YOU TO MAKE ME DINNER, I JUST WANT A DAMN COFFEE. If they weren't the only Starbucks in town I would never get another coffee here again.
