Not to my surprise, being inside Citadel makes this place not only a magnet but also a significant in attraction that helps people stay and shop longer. Staffs work rigorously but still able to maintain friendliness and competence. I ordered through phone a couple of minutes before coming in and they called my name right when the time hit 3 - 5 minutes on the screen - that's some of the quickest I have got at Starbucks. It's located near the entrance of the Outlets and has a reserve parking area that allowed 44 minutes, if I remember correctly. It has several tables and chairs outside, facing the Valet parking area and the number is enough for people to enjoy the view and not miss out on seeing their favorite shops nearby.

The front may look nice but their back area is really disgusting and smells disgusting as well. I would say they just let their trash pile up to the point that there’s flies. I don’t know how this place is still open.

Almost all outdoor seating, marked it down for lack of power outlets, plus my refresher was mostly ice.

Going to be honest here. I would say about 99% of the starbucks I've visited are the same and the staff and facilities are friendly and clean. This one was well...you can tell you've ventured into the south side of town. The staff in my mind don't have to be friendly I understand the volume of people they encounter--varying levels of friendliness --it's understandable. What's not understandable is the lack of cleanliness, instead of having several paid staff to stand around why don't you ensure from a management perspective the dining area is clean free of trash and the restrooms are maintained. I'll certainly have another visit and if I see improvements than Ill be glad to revise the rating

This Starbucks over charged me and when I questioned it they said you get what you pay for by the barista. I ordered a Venti strawberry acai with extra scoop of strawberries and when the barista gave me my drink I questioned her and said this is grande. And she stated, you paid for a grande. I said I ordered a venti and she replied well you paid for a grande. And dismissed it. I had to go to work so I left and contacted them over the phone just to inquire again just because I have ordered the same drinks at different location and I have always paid around $4.25 for a venti. I did try to keep in mind it might be different per locations but when I asked they stated $4.25 for a venti and $3.75 for a grande. That's when I proceeded to tell them that I might have been charged wrong and he transfers me to a girl that was short and goes on to say she can't hear me and eventually hung up on me.
