This location is particularly special because it's a bit off the beaten path. They have a nice sized lobby with big comfy chairs and nooks and crannies to sit. Their store seems immaculately clean, the display case is well stocked and looks super fresh. The staff provide great personal service that's fast, accurate, and they produce a great product. The online app is amazing, especially for people on the go, because you can place your order, pay for it, and they'll have it ready when you walk in the door. Convenient parking means you can order ahead, run in, and out in minutes with coffee and breakfast in hand. It's the height of convenience. I love the food choices here and the atmosphere the most! 

I just started going to this location after being a long time customer of the "other" major coffee house chain in the Twin Cities area and growing increasingly disappointed in their quality, pricing, and convenience. I was always a neigh sayer because I felt like I wanted to support the local guys, and how could such a huge franchise offer personalized service, quality products? Let me tell you, I was wrong.

I've frequented this Starbucks for about three weeks. I normally quietly read. I just had the police called on me for acting weird while I quietly sat in a corner and contacted Microsoft support to try and solve a computer issue. I just got a pour over and I even had the politeness to let the cashier that it was a little redundant to have Sumatra on pour over because it is a weak coffee. She didn't even understand in the slightest. Some cashiers are not great at being social. I will not be back; their intrusive assumptions on my behavior are truly hostile. I think they use drugs on the job

They were very friendly and professional yet personable. They all gave off a great vibes. They worked together even when they were busy they still managed to keep things stocked and cleaned.
