Normally I am not a huge fan of Indian food but this place was fantastic. There are many vegetarian options, and quite a few that can be made vegan. A warning though, the dishes I had were very spicy. 

I had the eggplant masala with garlic naan bread. It was delicious but so spicy my eyes were tearing up. 
The naan bread was excellent but if you avoid dairy make sure to specify no ghee.

 For people who are not huge into Indian cuisine they had a fusion section that looked interesting though I wasn't able to try any on my visit.

Service was fine. Lots of water refills and making sure everyone got what was ordered. Definitely recommended if you like Indian food.

First experience with Indian food since moving to MN, and my wife and I were very pleased. Nicely spiced, not bland. Well worth the hour drive from Hutchinson.

Good to have an Indian store in Eden Prairie, I don't have to drive all the way. This store got all you might need. Nice staff
