Updated 10/22/17:

Okay. They are back open and have been for some time. This Starbucks is at a great location in Downtown Lexington and I frequent this place (again) at least once a week. The customer service at this location has been top grade and the coffee quality is that which you would expect from a Starbucks. If for any reason you do not like your expensive ass drink, they will happily make you something else to ensure that you walk out satisfied. As soon as you do walk out however, watch out for the idiots illegally turning right off of Main St. on to N. Broadway.

Former review from 2016 (2 stars):

This once great coffee shop is currently in litigation over who is going to repair the inside of the original store. It's been nearly a year and no progress. Their hard to reach, off the beaten path temporary location is killing their business and my patience. I live and work close to this Starbucks and they are apparently willing to let the store die. They keep cutting the store hours and the quality and service have dropped significantly. I hope that someone cares enough to revive this Starbucks.

Very polite workers, good place to go to eat and grab a cup of joe espresso or Frappuccino of your choice.

It's Starbucks. Friendly service, conveniently located, great coffee. But it does take a while.

Didn't have much interaction with the employees,  but this is a great Starbucks location.  Its right across from Triangle Park so,  it was nice to go sit.

Walked in to take two year old Granddaughter to the restroom, they told me it was for paying customer s only. I was going to make a purchase, but didn't have a chance before they became so rude. After I told them I was going to make a purchase they gave me the code to the lock. I would not recommend this store.
