I have used Starshine twice now and they are the best. They got an olive oil spill out of my carpet that no one else was able to do. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their carpet or floors cleaned.

The carpet was left dirty because I used my small cleaner and the carpet was still dirty with spots all over it. I wanted to have a dry clean but when the guy arrived he said he couldn't do it. When I scheduled the appointment he said he could do it which was a lie.

I had some carpet cleaning done for our home using Starshine Cleaning Company. Job was done very well. I was approached for more extensive cleaning options that I found a bit expensive after being quoted a $99.00 charge over the phone . I did elect to pay extra for an option that made my carpet smell very good. The overall job was done very well and I would recommend this company.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. Not only was I miss quoted on the telephone for the price for cleaning I was also not told that the restretching would be an hourly fee. I was quoted $125 for the rooms I wanted cleaned and was told it would take approximately an hour to restretch the carpet making the entire process around 3-4 hours. It took over 6 hours and the carpet is now worse than it was to begin with! The restretching ended up with a HUGE gap in the carpet as it was cut too short - the carpet is also cut too short by the air vents. When I asked if this was the best he could do, he stated, yes. This is as good as it's going to get. This was not acceptable and I am now having to correct HIS errors. I will never use this company again! Total Rip Off and very poor customer service.
