I just picked up my  drop off wash/dry laundry. Didn't notice until I got home that I was missing a college hoodie and my socks. Called the listed number to inquire. A man who was not at the business for my drop off or pick up answered. He was not cooperative & said he gave me the dress that I had cleaned. I'm a guy & don't own a dress. I described in detail the items, but he played the "I'm confused" game. I'm unable to drive back across town to handle this issue in person, and they're closed tomorrow. I'll probably just mark it as lesson learned and never use or recommend Westlake Dry Cleaning again. Horrible experience; unlike the last few times I've used them. Ripoff.

The washers and dryers seem fine, the owners seem to keep up with the cleaning and equipment here better than other places... But NEVER USE THE SODA MACHINE!! the soda machine spits out whatever the heck it wants and they won't give you the soda you wanted or your money back.

Put $3 in a machine. Didn't work. Attendant said she couldn't give me a refund and said someone else had the same problem earlier with the same machine. Why is the attendant aware of a bad machine but put no sign warning customers? Very obvious. Customer beware. Machines might not work. No refund.

Very disappointed. Took my very expensive bedspread in and specifically asked that it be dry cleaned, but the Asian owner (who speaks almost no English) WASHED it instead, handing it back to me coated in glue and completely ruined. When I asked about this, all she said was "it cost less" repeatedly, like a broken record.

Please, don't pay this woman to destroy your laundry. I can't fathom why someone who doesn't speak our language was given ownership of the place, but the end result is a ridiculous level of incompetence and an embarrassment to legitimate Loveland businesses.

I did not have any contact with the professional cleaning aspect of this laundromat, but I have been forced (my washer is down and I am  waiting for parts to come in) to visit this particular establishment a number of times just in this last week, it is one of the nicest and cleanest laundromats in the area. The owners are Asian, and their english is limited but they were so nice and polite to me when I visited on Tuesday. Both the husband and wife were working very hard on making their business better. If you are looking for a nice self serve laundromat make sure to give this one a try... you will be glad that you did.
