I have been a customer for about 5 years now and I have been completely satisfied with my experience. The office staff is always very pleasant, and helpful when I need them. I've lived in the Laurel area for a while and it helps that they are local so I can feel assured that they are truly nearby in the event of an emergency. I genuinely appreciate the fact that Mr. Herndon is also very present in our community as positive role model and always giving back. I have noticed the time and effort that he puts into caring for people not just as an insurance agent but as a human being that really cares.

Super helpful and friendly staff. I wasn't sure which types of insurance coverages I needed but Adam was great at helping me figure out what was best for me while being very casual and approachable. Every time I leave I feel like I am learning more and more about how to correctly be an adult.

I have had an absolutely amazing experience at the Adam Herndon State Farm Agency....I was able to walk away feeling well informed on life insurance options...the agent was very detailed and patience with my questions.
