I had been with my previous auto and home insurance company for over 10 years. I assumed that because they were one of the largest and most well known companies that they knew their job and had my best interests at heart as their customer. After receiving a letter for a rate increase I realized that I had never had my policies reviewed by anyone. This is how I came across Mid Atlantic Insurance Financial.

I submitted an online quote request via their website on Thursday evening. First thing Friday morning I received a call-back from Asia at Mid Atlantic Insurance. Because I live not far from their office I choose to meet with them one-to-one but I was also offered to work with them over the phone. Asia and Emmett were both so welcoming and I knew I would be in good hands. Asia reviewed my current policies and found some gross errors in coverage. I had been throwing hard earned money down the drain! She number crunched coverage scenarios and provided me with quotes to review over the weekend. I returned Monday morning and was able to complete my applications on both my home and auto policies and it was approved the very same day! I ended up saving over $1800 annually on my home and auto policies!!!  

The entire process was quick and efficient. Asia walked me through multiple coverage scenarios, provided background information on the new insurance company I would be choosing, and explained the transition process from old insurer to new insurer. She answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood my policies. I felt confident in the decisions I was making to ensure the safety and protection of my home and family. Asia and Emmett are truly a GREAT team and I would recommend them to anyone looking to review and/or change their insurance policies.

My agent Emmett Johnson made switching to Erie Insurance from Progressive Insurance fast and painless. The price difference between the two agencies is staggering; I HIGHLY recommend Erie for lower cost yet high quality insurance! Emmett responded to emails promptly, made sure he was clear on every detail before proceeding, and was great at explaining everything in a way I could understand!

I was looking for Auto Insurance options outside of my current provider. I was very pleased to have spoken with Emmet Johnson. I am very particular with whom I do business with and I must say Mr. Johnson answered all my millions of questions professionally, knowledgably, and patiently. Mr. Johnson informed me of all my options and provided me with great examples, which made me fully understand all the information. After speaking with him, I knew I have received excellent service and with an Auto Policy that was just right for my needs. I was pleased with my experience with Mr. Johnson and with Mid Atlantic services. Emmett Johnson is definitely an agent of recommendation.

Number one I love Erie Insurance. I have had them on and off for about 30 years.  The times I did not have them was because I lived in a state that they were not available in yet.
Number two I have had nothing but excellent agents in every state. Now I am back in Maryland and in a state where Erie Insurance is available. I have moved several times since I have been here and just added another vehicle. The service from Mid Atlantic Insurance Fiancial has been nothing but superb! They helped me not only insure my vehicles after I arrived (I moved from MN and my MD insurance was not in MD) but they helped me get inspected and licensed. I recommend Emmett and Asia Johnson at MAIF to anyone and everyone who needs auto and home insurance.  Get the right coverage and get the most excellent service!

Emmett Johnson with Mid Atlantic Insurance has been my guy for auto, home and business insurance for years.  I will not trust anyone else with this service.  He always offers the best rates for the needs of my family.  I am a real estate agent and I refer all my clients to him.  My clients are always extremely happy with the rates he provides.  Give him a call.  He will definitely beat the competition.
