Raising the rate to 4 after working with David Chamblee...I would say, he is a great agent to work with. He personally attended my concern and clarified the issue. Missing star is because his office would have taken the appropriate action asking the required documents to avoid such inconveniences. I shared the required documents with David and he provided the accurate details and told that there was no reason to cancel the insurance. He personally approached me and assured me of providing the better service and get the business back in future. David is a 5* agent. I liked the way he approached me and continuously following up. Leaving the comments below as is for any future State Farm customer's help.. =================== Earlier I switched to Statefarm insurance after considering the good discounted price State farm offered. After signing the new contract and all the required documents, they confirmed me that insurance is approved. Two weeks later when I called for other queries, they said that my insurance was cancelled and no accurate reasons provided. Only information I received from the manager is that it was cancelled for one or the other reasons with my long name or unable to fetch the credit report. Not sure how a large company like State Farm can give such inaccurate data and cancel the insurance after it was approved. Irony is that I was with Statefarm for more than a year before...........See what, I had to call my previous insurance company to reinstate my insurance and the price has gone up drastically......State Farm does not seem to be a trust worthy brand to rely on....

Earlier this week I experienced unsatisfactory service from a staff at David Chamblee Agency, but the NEXT DAY David personally called me and apologized. That proved to me he not only cared about his business but his customers as well. He exceeded my expectations and provided me with what I needed. Thank you David you service was 5 star.

We have had our insurance with David Chamblee for several years. Although we moved out of state we choose to stay with David because of the exceptional service we receive from him and his staff. What a professional and personable office. They truly understand the concept of good customer service and contribute to the peace of mind and standards one expects from an industry leader like State Farm.
