I've had this insurance since 2013, not one accident or ticket in that time. I finally had a fender bender where I put a dent in a lady's car the size of a thumbnail. My insurance went up OVER $50 A MONTH.  That's crazy talk. I have paid into this company, over 4 years. They automatically withdrawn it from my account, so I have never been late or anything. They have no respect for loyalty or room for one tiny mistake. I am appalled and disgusted by this company. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of State farm!

My wife and I just signed up with Christin and Ryan about a month ago.  I switched from an online insurance provider because it felt very impersonal.  WOW, what a difference in working with Christin and Ryan.  Ryan handled most of our interactions and he was awesome.  You can tell he really cares about my family which seemed very different than what I've had in the past. We laughed about some of my stories only my college roommates would know (those are still between us Ryan!).  He worked with us for more than just our auto and home insurance too, which really meant a lot to my wife.  WE LOVE THIS OFFICE.  Thank you Christin, Ryan and Kelley too!

I am not sure if the problem is with this particular agency or with State Farm as a whole.  I recently purchased auto and home coverage through State Farm and Christin Black's agency, and all I have had is problems.  It took me two months to receive insurance cards for one of the auto policies, my online account used to show the wrong amounts due for the policies, and their response is "don't worry about it; it's not right."  So what am I supposed to do, just ignore the fact that it says I am past due!?  Now, my policies have completely disappeared from my online account, and I honestly do not even know if I am covered anymore.  Their underwriters refuse to cover one of our vehicles because they seem to think that it doesn't belong to us.  Since my wife's mom is secondary on the title, they refuse to insure the vehicle!  This has never come up with any other insurance agent before.  

Do yourself a favor: STAY AWAY!  I am sure the insurance is fine, but I can tell you that if you use them, you will experience problem after problem after problem.  I am on the phone or am emailing them a couple of times a week for various reasons such as when I get a letter in the mail saying something is wrong with my policy, or the online account says something incorrect, or such as this latest occurrence, we get a cancellation notice saying we can't cover a vehicle that doesn't belong to us!

I have always had the best service from this agency.  They have been a big help in getting me the correct coverage at a better price. I haven't had to use any of it yet ( crosses fingers) but i have it and i know i have what i need.
