I switched to James Carlton when my previous agent retired. I already knew James and was confident that I would enjoy working with him. I have had nothing but positive experiences since he took over my State Farm account. His staff schedules an annual review with James personally, where he goes over every policy I have in detail. I've heard so many stories of people who had a car accident and then discovered that they didn't have replacement car rental coverage, which is very inexpensive to add. That kind of oversight (I thought I had such coverage, then found out I didn't) or any other oversight won't happen with James because of his annual review policy. If you don't have something in your package, he'll point that out so it's your choice whether to include it.

James Carlton State Farm. Is awesome to work with the best service I have ever received from an insurance agency. Everyone you work with really shows they care about your business. I highly recommend them.

James came over to our place at a time that was convenient for us and discussed our options on auto, life, renters and medical. He showed us the differences in the coverages and answered all our questions. He also did all of this in a friendly manner, very low key, at no point did I feel like I was being hard pressed and I appreciated that.

James is amazing to work with! He has helped me set up a wonderful health insurance plan and we are currently looking into life insurance. I trust him completely and value his opinion. James and his staff go above and beyond for their clients and I would recommend his services to my friends and family. Working with James has truly been a pleasure.
