Lou has been  a great agent.  He was there for us during Sandy and walked us through the claims process.  He took his time explaining our policy and was very thorough in his explanation.  Lou gave us great recommendations based on our needs and has saved us a lot of money every month.  His staff is also very nice and he always returns his phone calls.  My wife and I will also be getting life insurance from him.  If you want a smart reliable agent then Lou is your man.

I worked with Yeni on several occasions adding new policies to my account. Each time she proved very knowledgable and helpful! Also, I really appreciated that she always got back to me with answers to my questions in a timely manner.

I have a very good experience with them. I have life insurance with them for a few years now. They are very quick to respond to your requests. Just today I spoke to Yeni about getting a quote for homeowner's insurance because I am closing on my house this week. She was able to do get the policy for me right away. I already paid for it. One less thing to worry about. They are very good.
