As a contractor I recommended state farm as 1 of my top companies for taking care of their customers. My last customer has had nothing but problems with being taken care of and has nickel and dime insurance claim. It's been a very difficult process and has been over 2 months since job was completed. Still waiting for pay out that didn't even cover labor.

Having personally dealt with Pam Alfred State Farm, I would highly recommend Pam and her staff for any insurance needs! They are friendly, great listeners, always willing to help, and on top of everything. The clients are well taken care of and the staff does anything they can to help the clients stay stress free and happy! The office has a friendly and welcoming environment that allows you to feel right at home with the staff.

I have dealt with many of the representatives down at the office and have never been impressed. I cancelled my account with them 8 months ago and am still receiving bills for a homeowners  insurance never had.
