Thankfully I have not had the occasion to file a claim very often, but when I did need to contact the Choteau office It was a VERY positive experience. 'My' agent, Toni, listened and was very helpful in organizing my claim and generally helping me. She has also been very instrumental in searching out better rates for my insurance needs. She is my "go to" person for insurance needs.
We have been with this agency for a long time at the Choteau office. Their staff are responsive, competent and always work for the client's best interests. Our family highly recommends this agency, based on our experience.
I have always been very happy with the agency, especially because of the helpful staff in the Choteau office. I would recommend it to everyone and will plan to stay with them unless personnel change or rates get too high. I expect some increases but it needs to be reasonable.
Always have had a great experience, always there for you with any questions you may have!!! Friendly Service.
