State Line installed a new boiler for us about 4 months ago. Myself, along with several friends of mine, are very impressed with the high quality of the installation. The installation far exceeded my expectations!!! The sales guy was very knowledgeable, scheduling was as explained, product excellent and the installation team....awesome! My wife said the 2 technicians were gentleman and they work straight through to complete it in one day. If your having your boiler replaced, be prepared for a very early morning start time as they had explained.

They overfilled my tank twice in less than 12 months. The gentlemen that came over to clean up my basement were good people and tried to do their best to remedy the situation. When I contacted the office to speak to a manager and ask for an in-home inspection so we could jointly work together to identify the source of the problem I was met with excuses and speculation. It took over 2 weeks for someone to call me back to set up an appointment to come to my home. That is unacceptable service and I've switch providers.

We chose state line for a major conversion from an oil furnace over to a modern, high-efficiency, natural gas central heating system in our Victorian home -and they were superb. Bill impressed us right from the start, clearly explaining what the conversion would entail and once the job was underway he made sure that everything was done on time and to budget. Now we have a dramatically improved central heating system which is far cheaper to run, allowing us to keep our old house that little bit warmer. Our experience with their handling of this large project was very impressive, and so we never hesitate to recommend them.

Couldn't have asked for better service on my boiler and heating system.  Larry not only made the repair needed, but he also went up and beyond to check and tune the boiler.  He explained things he was doing and taught me how to troubleshoot my radiators, ensuring optimal heating.  Later that day I noticed water where it shouldn't be, and without hesitation State Line was out there to address and fix it.  This time it was Joe, who also was great in explaining what he was doing and taught me a few things about my particular boiler.  So far my experience with State Line, and their great staff has been nothing but positive.  I appreciate the friendliness of the company and the expertise that they seem to display in their work and service.

Had an A/C emergency yesterday (Saturday) and within 45 minutes of my call a technician (Eric/Erik) was at my door.  He was concerned about solving the problem, concerned about our comfort and went the extra mile to solve the problem.  State Line will continue to have us as a customer for life because of their GREAT service and care.
