I have reported crime happening here, to different agencies around the country. To the Bbb, Oig and military in various places. Don't think the area is Coordinated enough to handle emergency management of traffic. Stay away from towing Companies on Greenwood Road and u-haul on Barksdale Blvd. Shelters and emergency assistance is non-responsive.
