Always clean & well stocked... Although today the Largest Hazelnut creamer was not available
4 stars because the bakery could do better with its customer service. I came to order 2 boxes of freshly baked sugar cookies, and the young lady I know her name, but I am not going to put her on blast stated that she needed to ask her manager name Jackie. They stated they could not take my order because they were booked up for the holidays. Fine, not a problem... I went up to the Stater Bros location off Cactus and Moreno Beach Drive, and the bakery there was much friendlier and took my order with no problems Amber took my order. They said they had a lot of orders for the holidays, but sugar cookies are easy. They had my order ready the following day at 8am. So if you want to order anything from the bakeries at Stater Bros, I suggest going to the one on Moreno Beach Drive. Other than that, everything else at the Iris location is pleasant. ****************************************************************UUPDATE: 12/28/2022 I went up to this location for more sugar cookies because I live right around the corner, and really don't feel like making a trip in the opposite direction. I was greeted by Sam, Erica, and Jackie. They had no problem making my fresh-baked sugar cookies. I think Ms. Ela can do a little better with her customer service skills. It is not that she was rude, because I don't think she is. I think she just needs a little more help in being more of a peoples person when speaking to customers. I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your holidays.
Clean environment! Good customer service! Friendly workers. I shop here frequently and I have a service dog with me. Have not been harassed about bringing in my service dog as I have other places.
Edwin and Jeffery go out of their way to provide exceptional service and they have a very positive spirit these guys represent staters bros well
Was in line and clerk. Had no priority of checking me out sat there talking to another employee about fun they had outside of work literally 2 minutes before ringing up my first item.
Cashier named Amaya bagged my 5 foil covered yogurts staters brand and when i got home there was a huge gash puncher in the top of one like she had shoved her sharp fingernail in the middle of it putting a huge hole in the top. Nice way to take out your anger on the customers. It was spilled out all in my bag all over. Wont shop here anymore.
Clean and organized store. Knowledgeable staff-if you cannot find an item just ask! Great customer service. 15 items lanes available for fast checkout.

My favorite shopping place to go. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything is always stocked when you need something. Great place to shop. Good atmosphere and the people are nice behind the counters and behind the cashiers. Thanks. Stater Bros. And there's always someone around to help you when you're looking for something. Yes 5 Stars
Not only did the wife and kids want to shop last minute, they decided to do it at such a busy time the day before thanksgiving. The reason I am writing this review is to let the store know how amazing of a job they were doing. We were able to find everything pretty easily considering the amount of people in the store. The staff at this store is also top notch. We appreciate the cashier Alfredo for having a pleasant conversation with us while also ensuring a speedy check out. We didn’t catch the name of the young lady bagging the groceries but what a speedster she was! Overall we will definitely be coming to this Stater Brothers more often as our go to grocery store!
