While the sandwiches are normally good, this location has a problem with working CLEAN. The last several times I've been in, there has been little to no line and the area where the servers make the sandwiches is trashed with food and trash. They are constantly scraping the food from the counter on to the floor and walking over it as they work without ever cleaning it up. The dining room is clean and the soda station is kept up however, the area where the food is made - the area that counts the most - is pretty gross. With 4 to 5 people working most times, in my opinion, someone could grab a broom.

Friendly staff but definitely not the cleanest place. They seem understaffed but still, it's not an excuse to skip on proper sanitation. The work area is a mess but the worst part is that they touch the receipts and then touch your food. Receipts are not BPA free and are not sanitary enough to be near food. I  saw them drop food on the receipts and then pick it off the receipt and put it back on the sandwich.  Gross...

Although the food was good the employees seem a bit confused on how to do there job.

Definitely didn't take as long as excepted being that it was busy when I got there. Like always sandwiches were good and full of meats. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed by this location. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Absolutely my family's number one sandwich pick.

I thought the food was great and the service was good. I was especially pleased by a darker skinned curly haired, and bearded young guy. His service was good. He made sure that I got everything I wanted and even told me about sides that were really good that I didn’t know Jersey Mike’s had. It was my first time going to that Jersey Mike’s and I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely would recommend.

apparently anybody who has pick up could walk up to the counter and grab any sub that they want without the employees verifying. I've received other people's subs. and when I called the manager she said "they place the orders on the counter and when somebody asks that they are there for pick up they just tell them it's on the counter". without verification or making sure that that is the person who paid for the sub. something has to change. when asked why don't they verify she responded. "we are busy". this ain't the first time this has happened to me. I feel because the person ain't right in front and was paid for already they don't care where it goes. as long as they got their money. so if you're hungry have no money free subs at the pickup at Jersey Mike's.

Walked in and I thought "perfect, only one customer." Wrong! That one customer ordered like 5 sandwiches and the employee was alone and taking his time. The line got longer and I asked him if he could call for backup, which his manager heard me ask for. He told me no because the manager was interviewing someone.  I walked out.
